Scope

This standard specifies the model, basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging and storage requirements of general fixed reciprocating piston air compressors (hereinafter referred to as "air compressors"). This standard applies to air compressors with drive motor power of 18.5 kW~560 kW and rated discharge pressure of 0.7 MPa~1.25 MPa. Air compressors with rated exhaust pressure less than 0.7 MPa can refer to this standard.
