Scope

This standard specifies the type, model, design parameters and dimensions, requirements, inspection and acceptance, marking, packaging and transportation of gas storage tanks with working pressures of 0.7MPa, 0.8MPa, 1.0MPa and 1.25MPa. This standard applies to gas storage tanks used in air compressors specified in GB/T 13279. This standard also applies to gas storage tanks used by other positive displacement air compressors with similar working pressures.
