NB/T 20039.18-2014 Code on nuclear air and gas treatment.Ventilation, air conditioning and air cleaning.Part 18: Refrigeration equipment (English Version)
This part specifies the technical requirements for materials, design, inspection, testing, manufacturing, installation, packaging, transportation, handling, storage, custody, quality assurance, nameplates and records of refrigeration equipment. This section applies to the vapor compression cycle refrigeration equipment of chilled water, hot water or air required for nuclear power plant preparation to maintain the habitability of operating personnel, the ambient temperature of the plant and the cooling or heating of various process systems of the nuclear power plant, including the nuclear is and and related supporting facilities. Vapor compression chillers, vapor compression heat pumps and direct evaporative refrigeration units for process and air conditioning applications. The requirements of this section apply to refrigeration equipment, excluding criteria for in-service deterioration due to corrosion, erosion or instability of unspecified materials. These criteria should be included in the technical specifications from the design life of the equipment, the use of the equipment Consider the ultimate purpose and system requirements for the equipment to be installed. This section only gives general requirements for instruments and control systems equipped with refrigeration equipment, and does not give design requirements and material requirements for instruments and control components. This section does not give requirements for the size of refrigeration equipment and does not apply to the design requirements of the system in which the equipment is installed. This section does not give system single failure criteria or redundancy requirements. This section does not give requirements for drive mechanis s or drivers of open refrigeration equipment. This section does not give requirements for pumps and compressors in refrigerant delivery systems. This section does not give requirements for direct evaporative air cooling coils used in refrigeration systems. The boundary not covered by this section is from the inlet of the refrigerant dis ributor to the outlet nozzle of the coil.
