Scope
This part of GB/T 5275 specifies the method for preparing calibration mixed gas by electrochemically generating calibration components and introducing them into the carrier gas flow. The composition of the mixed gas can be changed by changing the gas flow or changing the charge through the electrolytic cell. The relative expanded uncertainty U of the content of the calibration mixed gas is obtained by multiplying the relative combined standard uncertainty by the coverage factor k=2, and its value is not greater than 5%. The preparation method specified in this part is mostly used to prepare the mixed gas for calibration with the volume fraction ranging from 0.1×10-6 to 250×10-6.
