Scope

This part specifies the test methods, inspection items and inspection rules for inland river ship elevators (hereinafter referred to as "elevators"), including passenger elevators, cargo elevators and utility elevators. This section applies to inland river vessel traction elevators specified in JT/T 881.1, inland river vessel hydraulic elevators and inland river vessel debris elevators specified in JT/T 881.2.
