This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and grouping, structure and materials, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, Labelling, installation and operating instructions as well as packaging, transport and storage. This standard is applicable to proportional regulating devices that indicate that the maximum working pressure is not greater than 50 kPa, the nominal size is not greater than DN250, use urban gas specified in GB/T 13611, change the gas pressure by air pressure and can be tested independently. The proportional adjustment device that changes the air pressure from the gas pressure can be implemented with reference to this standard. This standard does not apply to mechanical linkage proportional adjustment devices and electronically controlled proportional adjustment devices.
