Scope
This standard specifies the cleanliness and cleanliness level requirements for pipelines in hydraulic oil systems. The cleaning of the pipeline and accessory parts of the hydraulic oil pipeline system is very important to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system. This standard also specifies the cleaning methods and required equipment for special parts in hydraulic systems with accessories. The purpose of the cleaning work is to remove the pollutants left during the installation process, check the pipeline and ensure that the hydraulic system has sufficient cleanliness. When the Reynolds number Re≤3000, the cleaning process of the system is throughwashing; when the Reynolds number Re≥3000, the cleaning process of the system is flushing. The Reynolds number is an indicator of whether a fluid is laminar or turbulent. This standard assumes that the cleaning of hydraulic system piping can be partly pickled and partly mechanical. In addition, it is assumed that both moving and stationary components provided by the system supplier are sufficiently clean (see Chapter 5). Each product manufacturer has product cleanliness requirements and cleanliness guidelines, and the requirements in this standard are supplementary to them and cannot replace them. Where feasible, the manufacturer's product cleanliness requirements and cleaning guidelines are preferred.
