Scope

This standard specifies the distribution test method of nitrogen-doped getter barium film, which is suitable for measuring the weight distribution of barium film deposited on the neck, cone and screen of the simulated glass bulb and the thickness distribution of barium film on the cone and screen. The measurement conditions should comply with the relevant regulations in GB9506.1 "General Rules for Test Methods of Getter Performance".
