- This standard specifies the test method for the outgassing capacity of the getter, and is applicable to the test of the outgassing capacity of the getter. The outgassing test includes the total outgassing and the outgassing after pretreatment. The test conditions should comply with the relevant provisions in GB9506.1 "General Rules for Test Methods of Getter Performance".
