Scope

This standard specifies the test method for the dynamic curve of nitrogen release and inhalation of nitrogen-doped getters, which is applicable to the test of the dynamic curve of nitrogen release and inhalation in the evapotranspiration process of nitrogen-doped getters. The test method should comply with GB9506.1 "Aspiration Relevant provisions in General Rules for Test Methods of Agent Performance.
