- This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, markings, storage and transportation of prestressed concrete sleepers for high-speed railway ballasted tracks. This standard applies to prestressed concrete sleepers (hereinafter referred to as sleepers) for ballasted tracks of high-speed railways.
