GB/T 30404-2013
Scope
This standard specifies all major hazards, hazardous states or hazardous events associated with mobile deck-mounted machinery when it is used for its intended purpose, under foreseeable misuse and component and system failure conditions. This standard also specifies the terms and definitions of mobile machinery on the surface, as well as the safety requirements and/or protective measures, safety requirements verification and use information at each stage of the machine life cycle listed in 5.4 of GB/T 15706-2012. This standard applies to the following movable deck machines with vertical opening and closing movements or alternate horizontal feeding and discharging movements used in the process of animal leather processing (see Appendix A for typical structure and Appendix B for description): 1) vertical Moving vacuum dryer (see Figure A.1); 2) Horizontal and vertical moving vacuum dryer (see Figure A.2); 3) Vacuum stretching machine (see Figure A.3); 4) Vertical moving plate type Ironing embossing machine (see Figure A.4); 5) horizontal and vertical plate ironing embossing machine (see Figure A.5). This standard does not apply to machines produced before the standard was promulgated. This standard provides regulations for reducing noise during the design phase (see 4.3.4 and Appendix C), but does not provide noise detection test procedures. The manufacturer is obliged to provide the noise emission values of the machines put on the market in accordance with the noise detection test regulations. This standard lists all major hazards (see Appendix D). See Appendix E for dust, smoke and vapor emissions. See Appendix F for the interlocking system. This standard gives general measures to reduce risks in the normative appendix. The design and manufacturer should directly verify that the methods used successfully reduce these hazards.
