Scope

This specification specifies the technical requirements for the design of chemical waste (including hazardous chemical waste) incineration disposal projects. This specification applies to the design of new construction, expansion, reconstruction and technical transformation projects that use incineration to dispose of chemical waste. In addition to implementing this specification, the design of chemical waste incineration disposal projects should also comply with the relevant current national standards and specifications. Treatment (disposal) projects for polychlorinated biphenyls and explosive and radioactive chemical hazardous wastes are not applicable to this specification.
