- In order to prevent pollution from waste gas, waste water, solid waste, noise and radioactive substances, etc., strengthen the environmental protection of chemical construction projects, achieve clean production, rationally develop and utilize resources and energy, and maintain ecological balance, according to relevant national laws and regulations, develop this specification. This specification is applicable to the environmental protection design of new construction, expansion, reconstruction and technological transformation of chemical construction projects. The environmental protection design of chemical construction projects shall not only conform to this specification, but also comply with the relevant current national standards.
