Scope

This part of JB/T 8950 specifies the model, size and rating of flat plate-shaped reverse blocking three-pole ordinary thyristors (hereinafter referred to as thyristors) with a rated average on-state current of 200 A to 5 000 A and symmetrical blocking characteristics. , characteristics, inspection rules, quality assessment categories, markings, packaging, storage and order forms. This section applies to symmetrical thyristors. Asymmetric thyristors can also be used for reference.
