- Scope
- This standard specifies the technical requirements such as type, size, rating, characteristics, inspection rules, marking and packaging of ordinary thyristors. This standard is applicable to ordinary reverse blocking three-pole thyristors with symmetrical blocking characteristics and a rated average on-state current of 200A to 1000A according to the shell. Asymmetric ordinary thyristors can refer to this standard. This standard does not apply to turn-off thyristors.
