Scope
This standard specifies the classification, characteristics, marking and product information of SPE-PRCD, standard working conditions for use and installation, requirements for structure and operation tests. This standard applies to mobile devices used with electric vehicles with class I insulation and battery charging devices, the mobile device has a switchable protective earth (SPE). This standard applies to mobile devices that can simultaneously perform functions such as detecting residual current, comparing the residual current value with the residual operating current value, and disconnecting the protected circuit when the residual current exceeds this value.
