Scope
This part of GB/T 6075 stipulates the evaluation of the vibration intensity of the machine on site, and is applicable to the broadband vibration measured in the radial direction of the shaft (that is, the transverse direction) of the shaft and the axial direction of the thrust bearing for all main bearing housings or housings. They include: — vibrations during normal steady-state operating conditions; — vibrations during other (unsteady-state) conditions during transient changes (including speed up or down, initial loading and load changes); — Vibration changes that occur during normal steady-state operation. This part applies to land-mounted steam turbines and generators with a rated speed of 1500r/min, 1800r/min, 3000r/min or 3600r/min and an output power greater than 50MW, and also to steam turbines and (or) generators directly connected to gas turbines (e.g. combined cycle applications). In these cases, the guidelines in this section apply only to steam turbines and generators (including synchronized clutches). ISO 7919-4 and ISO 10816-4 apply to the evaluation of gas turbine vibration. These evaluation criteria of this part are not applicable to the double frequency electromagnetically excited vibration on the stator core and casing of the generator. The values specified in this section are not intended to serve as the sole basis for evaluating vibration severity. For large steam turbines and generators, the vibration of the rotating shaft is usually used to evaluate. See GB/T 11348.1 and GB/T 11348.2 for the requirements of these vibration measurements.
