Scope
This part of GB/T6075 introduces the vibration evaluation of industrial application rotating power units with rated power greater than 1kW, specifies the specific requirements for measuring and evaluating vibration on non-rotating parts (bearing housings), and provides the requirements for on-site operation and in the factory or in the factory. Specific guidelines for measuring and evaluating the vibration severity of bearing housings of rotary power pumps during acceptance testing at the manufacturer's test facility. This section also gives general information and guidelines for evaluating shaft-to-shaft vibrations of rotating shafts. This standard specifies areas and limits of vibration for vertical and horizontal pumps regardless of their support stiffness. These general evaluation criteria apply both to the operational monitoring of rotating power winches and to acceptance tests carried out on-site or at the manufacturer's test facility. For acceptance tests performed at the manufacturer's test facility, this section specifically gives requirements. For the full vibration monitoring of long-term running machines, this section gives two criteria to evaluate the vibration. One criterion considers the magnitude of the vibrations measured, the other criterion considers changes in magnitude. These evaluation criteria apply to the vibration generated by the pump itself, and do not involve the vibration transmitted by the pump and the outside world. These guidelines are mainly used to ensure the reliable, safe, long-term operation of the pump, while minimizing its harmful effects on the connected equipment. In addition, this section also gives recommendations for specifying operating limits and setting alarm values and shutdown values. For pump sets with integrated motors (the impeller is mounted on the motor shaft or the impeller shaft is rigidly connected to the motor shaft), this section applies to the entire coupled pump set. For double sets of flexibly connected motors, this section applies only to the pump body. This section does not deal with separately installed drivers, which are covered in ISO 10816-3. The following types of pumps do not belong to the scope of this standard: --- reciprocating and rotary positive displacement pumps; --- reciprocating engine-driven pumps; --- hydroelectric power plants and pumping stations with a power greater than 1 MAW pumps (reference standards ISO7919-59 and ISO10816-5); ——— Guoti treatment pumps. Mud and Youhewan water pumps. This section does not deal with torsional vibration.
