Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and labeling, materials, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of aluminum honeycomb composite panels for building exterior walls (hereinafter referred to as composite panels). This standard applies to aluminum honeycomb composite panels used as building exterior walls. Aluminum honeycomb composite panels for roofing and other purposes may be used as a reference.
