GB/T 8753.2-2005 Anodizing of aluminium and aluminium alloys-Assessment of quality of sealed anodic oxide coatings Part 2:Phosphoric acid/chromic acid test with nitric acid predip (English Version)
This part specifies the method for evaluating the sealing quality of aluminum and aluminum alloy oxide film after nitric acid pre-soaking and etching in phosphorus-chromic acid solution, according to the mass loss. This section applies to both heat-sealed anodized films and cold-sealed anodized films. This standard does not apply to anodized coatings treated by the following processes: a) hard anodized coatings that are not normally sealed; b) anodized coatings that have been sealed in a dichromate solution; Anodized film produced in acid solution; d) Hydrophobic treated anodized film.
