- This standard specifies the energy-saving technical requirements for the design of natural gas transmission pipelines (hereinafter referred to as "gas transmission pipelines") and underground gas storage projects. This standard applies to new construction, expansion and reconstruction projects of natural gas transmission pipelines and underground gas storages.
