Scope: This standard specifies the types and scope of energy measurement for energy-consuming units in the petroleum and petrochemical industry, and the principles and basic requirements for the provision of energy measurement instruments. This standard applies to exploration and development, pipeline transportation, refining and chemical production enterprises in the petroleum and petrochemical industry. This standard does not apply to the basic construction, equipment manufacturing, communication, transportation, research institutes, electric power (direct current and alternating current above 6kV), refined oil sales and other units in the petroleum and petrochemical industry.
