- This procedure applies to boilers and their auxiliary machines, monitoring and measuring instruments, water treatment systems, control systems, etc. that use coal, oil, and gas as fuel within the scope specified in the "Special Equipment Safety Supervision Regulations" (hereinafter referred to as boilers and their systems). The supervision and management of energy-saving technology for boilers burning other fuels, electric heating boilers and waste heat boilers shall be implemented with reference to this regulation.
