- Scope
- This standard specifies the basic technical requirements related to the operation safety of the whole vehicle, its main assembly, and safety protection devices, as well as the additional requirements for fire trucks, ambulances, engineering emergency vehicles, police vehicles, and special vehicles for the disabled. This standard applies to all motor vehicles running on the roads of our country, but not to trams and wheeled special mechanical vehicles not designed and manufactured for driving and using on roads, mainly used for closed roads and site construction .
