Scope

This standard specifies the basic technical requirements related to the operation safety of the complete vehicle, main assemblies, safety protection devices, etc. of motor vehicles, as well as additional requirements for fire trucks, ambulances, engineering emergency vehicles, police vehicles and special vehicles for the disabled. This standard applies to all motor vehicles running on roads in my country, but not to trams and wheeled special mechanical vehicles not designed and manufactured for driving and using on roads, mainly used for closed roads and site construction . Note: trams refer to road vehicles driven by motors, powered by wires, and carried by rails.
