Scope
This section provides necessary and public basic functions that are not provided in the new API specified in the normative reference documents and DL 890.43 ~ 890.449 common interface standards. Applications will embody common interfaces to these public services. These application class-independent interfaces include: ——General Data Access (GDA). ——High-speed data access (HSDA). - Generic Events and Subscriptions (GES) - Time Series Data Access (TSDA). In order to achieve these goals, public services are divided into the following three categories: 1) Resource Identifier (Resource Identifier): a public method to identify classes, class attributes and object instances. 2) Resource Description: A public method for encoding the values associated with classes, class attributes, and object instances. 3) View: A hierarchical representation of public methods of classes, class attributes and object instances. DL/T 890.402 contains basic API services. Therefore, all other parts of DL 890.4XX assume that these services already exist. Therefore, the services described in DL/T 890.402 are required for any component that conforms to the DL 890.4xx standard. Although this section is targeted at the technical field of control centers, public services cover general concepts that can be applied to many types of systems, such as the following: ——Distribution Management System. ——Work or Asset Management System. ——Geographic Information System. ——Outage Management System. ——Other types of operational business systems. Since it is often necessary to integrate applications between two or more systems, the purpose of this section is to make common public services as public as possible to other different types of systems while meeting the needs of the control center. . While effectively meeting the needs of the control center, the service should be as public as possible to other different types of systems.
