Scope

This standard stipulates the basic elements that constitute the after-sales service evaluation system of commodities, including principles, indicators and methods. This standard is applicable to internal and external organizations (including third-party organizations) to evaluate the level of after-sales service, and to provide reference for enterprises to establish after-sales service system.
