Scope

According to GB/T 27939-2011, this part of GB/T 12613 specifies the requirements for the inspection of the outer diameter of rolled bushings (inspection methods A, B, and D in GB/T 12613.2), and also specifies the necessary detection methods and Testing Equipment. Since the outer diameter of the sleeve is elastic in the free state, but after installation due to the difference between the outer diameter of the sleeve and the size of the housing hole, the sleeve will greatly adapt to the size of the housing hole. Therefore, the detection of the outer diameter of the shaft sleeve should be carried out by applying a constant load on the special equipment.
