Scope

This standard specifies the inspection of the outer diameter of rolled bushings and clarifies the necessary detection methods and measuring equipment. The rolled bushing in the free state is elastic, but after being inserted into the bearing seat hole, due to the interference between the outer diameter of the bushing and the bearing seat hole, the bushing must adapt to the shape of the bearing hole to the greatest extent. Therefore, the outer diameter detection of rolled bushings can only be carried out under restraint load with special measuring equipment.
