Scope

In order to make the planning and design of urban distribution network better implement the national power construction guidelines and policies, improve the reliability and economy of urban power supply, and ensure the quality of electric energy, this specification is formulated. This specification is applicable to the planning and design of urban distribution networks at the prefecture level and above with a voltage level of 110kV and below.
