Scope
This standard applies to various types of strong current lines such as AC power lines and AC electric railway catenary. Under the following conditions or conditions, the adjacent telecommunication lines (including telecommunications open wires and cables, wired broadcasting open wires and cables, and broadcasting sound transmission cables) Situations that may have dangerous effects: In the state of heavy current line fault, three-phase symmetrical neutral points are directly grounded, and one phase of the power line is short-circuited to ground. The two phases of the three-phase symmetrical power line whose neutral point is not directly grounded are short-circuited and grounded at different places at the same time. The three-phase symmetrical neutral point of the power line is not directly grounded, and one phase is short-circuited to ground. AC electric railway catenary wire short-circuited to ground. Other asymmetrical power line conductors are short-circuited to ground. In the normal operation state of the strong power line, the AC electric railway catenary line is in normal operation. Other asymmetrical power lines operate normally. The influence of the ground current caused by the short-circuit fault current of the strong power system to the ground is due to the ground potential generated by the power line and the AC electric railway catenary system in the area where the short-circuit fault current flows into and out of the earth, and the adjacent telecommunication system (station grounding device, underground cable) produce ground current effects.
