Scope
This Part of GB/T 25758 specifies a method for measuring focal spot sizes greater than 0.2 mm for industrial X-ray systems with tube voltages up to 500 kV using a pinhole camera radiography method. The voltage used for the measurements in this section is limited to 200kV. The image quality and resolution of X-ray images largely depend on the characteristics of the focus, especially the size and two-dimensional intensity distribution. For the characteristics of commercially available X-ray tube types (for example in advertising or trade), the maximum values given in Annex A should be considered first.
