GB 25115.1-2010
Scope
This part of GB 25115 gives all important hazards related to washing machinery. Laundry machines refer to machines designed for use in industrial laundries including hotels, hospitals, nursing homes, prisons, and similar places, as well as in self-service laundry facilities, and also include dry cleaning machines and clothing finishing machines. This section does not apply to some special finishing machines in the garment industry. This section does not apply to household and similar electrical appliances. This part quotes the basic requirements stipulated in GB/T 15706.1 and GB/T 15706.2, and makes supplements according to the requirements of industrial washing machines to guide designers to make a risk assessment (see EN 1050) and how to choose measures to achieve the required level of security. This section does not give specific technical advice on the following: machine life rather than use; noise; lasers; maintenance and troubleshooting during operation; ergonomics; explosion; energy isolation; pressure; The hot surface that should be exposed during the process (see the molded working surface of the ironing machine in GB 25115.6-2010). This section does not deal with electromagnetic compatibility. This section does not apply to the hazards caused by the use of gas in a certain kind of machinery, which is not included in the scope described in 5.5.2 of this section. An example of the layout of a large-scale laundry and a medium-scale laundry is given in Appendix B to demonstrate the machinery described in Parts 2 to 6 of GB 25115. This section applies to machinery manufactured after the release of relevant national standards. The guidance contained in this standard is based on the assumption that the designer has completed a hazard analysis for the machinery under consideration. These guidelines enable the designer to identify and implement the provisions of this standard for machinery.
