Scope: This part of GB/T 24809 specifies the specific requirements for the mechanism and related components of tower cranes other than the basic requirements of GB/T 24809.1. This part includes: mechanism layout, characteristics and performance; basic requirements for specified mechanism components. This part does not include the bearing capacity check rules under different limit states (such as yield strength, fatigue, wear, etc.). This section does not apply to the tower crane climbing mechanism and related components, nor does it apply to the climbing frame.
