- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for reciprocating piston air compressors, reciprocating piston air compressor motor units, and fuel-injected screw air compressor test benches for railway internal combustion and electric locomotives. This standard is applicable to test benches for simplified performance testing of air compressors for railway internal combustion and electric locomotives with a rated working pressure not greater than 1000kPa.
