- Scope
- This standard specifies the depth of content for the preparation of preliminary design documents for thermal power plants. This standard applies to the preliminary design of new and expanded thermal power plants with a unit capacity of 125MW and above that use solid fossil fuels and direct combustion. Units and reconstruction projects with a unit capacity of 125MW and below shall be implemented accordingly.
