- Scope
- This specification is applicable to the following newly built, rebuilt and expanded power plants and substations: 1. Coal-fired thermal power plants with 3-600MW units (hereinafter referred to as "coal-fired power plants"); 2. Simple cycle or Gas-steam combined cycle power plant (hereinafter referred to as "gas turbine power plant"); 3 Substations with a voltage of 35-500KV and a single transformer capacity of 5000KV·A and above. Coal-fired power plants with units above 600MW, gas turbine power plants with standard rated output of gas turbines below 25MW and above 250MW, and substations above 500KV can be used for reference.
