Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of nanotechnology-treated clothing. This standard is applicable to clothing produced with woven or knitted textile fabrics as the main fabric and treated with nanotechnology to have one or more functions such as waterproof, oil-proof, anti-fouling, antibacterial, and UV protection.
