Scope: This standard specifies the model and basic performance parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of airborne anchor drilling rigs for coal mines (hereinafter referred to as drilling rigs). This standard applies to airborne anchor drilling rigs used in coal mines and can be used as a reference for other types of airborne drilling rigs.
