Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of hydraulic drilling rigs for coal mines (including tunnel drilling rigs, anchor drilling rigs and drilling rigs, hereinafter referred to as "drilling rigs"). This standard applies to hydraulic drilling rigs used in coal mines. Semi-hydraulic drilling rigs for coal mines and their stands, drill arms, thruster components, etc. can also be used as a reference.
