- This standard specifies the functions, basic performance, main technical requirements, test methods, and inspection rules of digital voice recorders (hereinafter referred to as "recorders") used to record call voices and corresponding times in railway transportation operations and dispatching and command work. , as well as the product marking, packaging, transportation and storage environment requirements of the recorder. This standard applies to product design, manufacturing, inspection, installation and maintenance of recorders connected to fixed equipment (including solid-state voice recorders and hard disk voice recorders).
