Scope

This regulation stipulates the requirements to be observed in the production (including design, manufacture, installation, modification and maintenance), storage, distribution and use of industrial oxygen and related gases. This regulation is applicable to newly built, expanded and reconstructed units that produce oxygen and related gases by deep freezing method.
