Scope: This standard specifies the pre-irradiation requirements, irradiation and post-irradiation technical indicators, test methods, labeling, and technical specifications for transportation and storage of irradiated dry food for pets. This standard applies to the irradiation sterilization of dry food for pets. This standard does not apply to irradiation sterilization of wet pet food.
