This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, technical requirements, production process control, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation, storage and sales of ice cream. This standard applies to the production, circulation and inspection of stereotyped pre-packaged ice cream, and does not apply to ready-made soft ice cream products for sale.
