Scope

This part of GB/T 12001 specifies the methods for sample preparation and performance testing of unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) molding and extrusion materials. All properties listed in this section and in section 1 should be measured by the corresponding methods mentioned in this section. There may not be data available for these properties. The characteristic properties required to name PVC-U thermoplastic materials are given in Part 1 of this standard. All properties should be measured by the corresponding methods mentioned in this section, and the obtained values should be expressed according to GB/T 19467.1-2004.
