Scope: This standard specifies alternate operating procedures when control leasing and alternate facilities are implemented through a single interface. This regulation applies to data transmission on leased lines, and the backup facility uses GB/T 3454 interchangeable circuits to connect to 25-pin connectors (GB/T 15125-1994) or 26-pin connectors (GB/T 17559-1998 ). Methods for automatically switching data transmissions back and forth between leased lines and alternate facilities are not specified in this standard. This standard does not apply to occasions where standby (calling and answering) is obtained manually.
