This standard specifies the terms and definitions of the geographical indication product Xuanwei ham, the protection scope of the geographical indication product, raw material requirements, traditional craft requirements, product classification, grading, technical requirements, test methods, signs, packaging, and storage. This standard applies to the production, processing, product sales and quality inspection of the geographical indication product Xuanwei ham approved by the national quality supervision, inspection and quarantine administrative department in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products".
