Scope

This standard stipulates the safety qualifications that personnel working in shallow seas (including beach and land) should have, including the basic conditions, training and certification requirements, training and assessment, inspection and management, etc. for personnel working in shallow seas. This standard applies to all personnel engaged in petroleum operations in the shallow waters of the People's Republic of China (including beaches and shores).
