Scope

This standard stipulates the safety qualifications that shallow sea oil operators should have, including the basic conditions for shallow sea oil operators, certificate requirements for shallow sea oil operators, training, assessment and certification, inspection and management, etc. This standard applies to all personnel engaged in petroleum operations in shallow sea waters of the People's Republic of China.
